Today's Burst Bout workout is called the "High Five" -- it's a high
intensity 5 exercise bodyweight circuit. You will be performing a
resistance training exercise followed by a cardio movement.
Each exercise is completed twice, using a 20/5 Work-to-rest ratio.
That's 4 ½ minutes of continuous work. Don't mistake the short
duration for little results - Even though you're working quickly,
remember, your job is to go all-out with this Burst Bout...
... the faster you go and the more intense you make your work time, the
more effective the workout will be, which means better results! I'll
show you one round in the video...

The Star Of The Blockbuster Movie Thor, Shares His Workout Secrets
...by James Villepigue
thor- For those of you who are not yet familiar with Chris
Hemsworth, you'll soon begin to hear his name and see his face and
physique plastered all over the media.
The 28 year old Aussie is the lead role in the Marvel comic book movie
sensation, Thor, alongside of mega A-Lister's, Natalie Portman and Sir
Anthony Hopkins.
Chris went from a skinnier surfer looking body type to someone who fit
more the mold of a bodybuilder. He actually packed on 20 pounds of
muscle in 3 to 6 months. At 6 foot 3 inches tall and 220 lean and mean
looking pounds, he certainly fit the profile and authenticity of a
super hero!
His training was all about performing heavy compound exercises and
taking in enough quality calories to allow for such development of
muscle growth.
As Chris puts it, all he was doing was eating: "I put on a lot of
weight -- I put on about 20 pounds at one point. It was purely eating,
eating, eating, working out, trying to sleep as much as you can --
that's the other third of the equation. The eating was the biggest
thing; since stopping shooting I probably work out the same but don't
eat as much, and I've probably lost 15 pounds or something. Chicken
breasts and protein shakes, boiled chicken . . . clean meats, the right
carbs... Sickly stuff."
According to his statement, yeah he lost most of that muscle after
filming Thor, as he reduced his eating, but he's recently picked things
back up and has been bulking back up to play his role in the upcoming
Avengers movie.
According to Chris, he wasn't used to lifting weights and certainly
wasn't used to consuming thousands of calories: "It wasn't
until Thor that I started lifting weights," he says. "It was all pretty
new to me."

Today's Burst Bout workout is called the "Phat Five" -- it's a super
high intensity 5 cardio movement circuit I designed for fast fat
loss...
I really like performing this particular workout on days when I weight
train my upper body, but you can pretty much do this style Burst Bout
whenever you want a super blast of quick cardio. Here's the video...
Each exercise is performed using a 20/10 Work-to-rest ratio. Beginners
can start with one bout AKA round and take it from there. Today I will
be performing 2 rounds in real time. That's a total of 5 minutes of
continuous work.

Born the son of director Stephen Gyllenhaal and screenwriter, Naomi
Foner, Jake began acting at the early age of 10. Starting at such a
young acting age we have literally watched Jake Gyllenhaal grow up in
front of our eyes. His diversity in countless award-winning roles from
Donnie Danko (where he played onscreen brother to his real life sister,
Maggie) and Brokeback Mountain (opposite Heath Ledger) have shown a
complete physical metamorphosis in every role he was tasked to portray.
One of the more amazing and recent transformations we have seen from
Jake was when he was played the part of Prince Dastan in the movie,
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which is based on the classic
video game. He turned from being the special character in Bubble Boy
(2001) to becoming the Middle Eastern, prototypical, muscular warrior.
So if you're having a hard time putting the bulk on your body, Jake's
work ethic and self-discipline is a testament that as long as you can
believe and dedicate yourself, your aspirations can be realized sooner
than you could expect.

Jared Leto- Lean Like Leto
American born actor and musician, Jared Leto, began his life by
studying art and music in addition to his regular academics. Growing up
in a culture of the arts, Jared was not athletically inclined and has
maintained a lean figure and a stoic personality. He briefly dropped
out of school in the 10^th grade but later enrolled in New York's
School for Visual Arts, where he developed an interest in acting. He
moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in both music and acting and
appeared in films such as Fight Club, Girl Interrupted, Panic Room,
American Psycho in addition to being the lead vocalist for the band, 30
Seconds to Mars. He had to gain 67 lbs to play John Lennon's killer in
the movie Chapter 27. He was anxious to take that off and swore he
would never do that to his body again. Leto was also chosen as one of
the 50 Most Beautiful People in the World in 1996 and 1997.
While he understands that the importance of staying fit as vocalist and
songwriter for the band, his roles in numerous films and television
projects also requires a great amount of stamina.
If your objective is to improve your stamina and/or to lose weight,
Jared's routine is the perfect blueprint that will successfully get you
there.

compliment. Being the first billionaire in your industry is quite an
achievement for anybody. Even though financial gains should not be the

American songwriter and fashion designer, Gwen Stefani was born October
3, 1969 and grew up in a Roman Catholic household in Anaheim,
California. Her parents were big fans of folk music such as Bob Dylan

Known for her "midriff", Gwen states she has been on a diet since sixth
grade to fit into size 4 clothing. She loves fashion too much and
always wants to wear the outfits she makes. She also admits that she is

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
